A day with ITP Aero’s Technology Executive Director

ITP Aero has organised the "A day with ITP Aero's Technology Executive director" initiative thanks to which Josu Sarasola, a fourth-grade student at the Higher Technical School of Aeronautics and Space Engineering (ETSIAE) of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, has been able to discover the day-to-day activities of ITP Aero's technology management with its Technology Executive Director, Iñaki Ulizar.

Throughout tight schedule meetings, design reviews of future products, factory visits, and experimental results analysis, Josu Sarasola has faced the quality, safety and excellence related challenges that the top technological managers of the company encounter on a daily basis.

This initiative falls within ITP Aero's Chair of Turbomachinery Studies, a clear example of the close collaboration between the company and the ETSIAE to promote, train and support young engineers, and help them enter and develop in the corporate world.

For Iñaki Ulizar, Technology Executive Director of ITP Aero: "This kind of initiative brings the company closer to the academic world and allows students to interact with the reality of the job market. Personally, it has been a pleasure to be accompanied by Josu and I hope that I have embodied the possibilities offered by Aeronautical Engineering".
