ITP Aero hosts the Secretary of State for Defence and the Chief of Staff of the Spanish Air Force and Space Forces

Zamudio, 8 March 2023 - ITP Aero received a visit yesterday at its headquarters in Zamudio, Bizkaia, from the Secretary of State for Defence, María Amparo Valcarce, and the Chief of Staff of the Air and Space Army, Javier Salto Martínez-Avial.
During the visit, the authorities were able to see at first hand the technology and capabilities ITP Aero develops, its driving effect on the supply chain and technology centres, as well as the ambitious global plan for technological and industrial growth for the next three years, which includes a new R&D Centre in Zamudio dedicated to research into advanced manufacturing technology.
During the visit, ITP Aero's commitment to national defence and security was also highlighted, as well as the company's role in the FCAS programme, where the company is the national leader of the technological pillar of the engine that will power the new NGF (New Generation Fighter) aircraft.
