Sestao, Spain, 21st of October 2016. This morning, Deputy General of Bizkaia, Unai Rementeria, its Deputy Minister in Economic and Territorial Development, Imanol Pradales, and Sestao's Mayor, Josu Bergara, have visited the building site at PCB's new plant in Sestao, located in the Biscay province (Spain), accompanied by Ignacio Mataix, ITP's CEO, and Amadeo Torrens, PCB's Managing Director.

The new plant is part of PCB's expansion plan, within ITP's Strategic Plan for the 2016-2020 period, which can be considered a response to the aeronautic sector's growth prospects. Therefore, the Sestao plant will perform the finishing processes of casting products which are currently produced in the PCB plant in Barakaldo, also in Biscay.

The project will create 230 new job positions, of which 182 have already been filled between 2015 and 2016. Sixty per cent of these already hired employees are from the local area.

On a total plot surface of 10,773 square metres, the new PCB plant in Sestao will amount to an investment of 20 million euros from 2015 to 2021.
