This new agreement builds on ITP Aero’s role as a PW1500G service provider
Repair capability to begin in April 2026
ITP Aero has been selected as a repair provider by Pratt & Whitney for the PW1100G-JM engine, the highest-volume model in the GTF family. ITP Aero will perform repairs on the No. 4 bearing in the Turbine Inner Case, a component manufactured by ITP Aero.
This new agreement builds on ITP Aero’s disassembly, assembly, and test designation for the PW1500G engine with Pratt & Whitney.
The repair scope includes advanced processes such as plasma spray coating, electron beam welding, precision machining, and the manufacture of forged rings.

Repairs will be conducted at ITP Aero’s Ajalvir facilities in Spain, further solidifying the company’s position as a trusted partner in advanced engine component repair.
