Through close collaboration with the leading universities, training centres and technological centres, we offer exciting internship programmes.

We participate in the Dual Vocational Training programme promoted by the Basque Government, the aim of which is to adapt the training of young people to the new employability needs posed by technological innovation.

ITP Aero’s apprenticeship programmes in the UK provide a great opportunity to develop our talent pipeline and continue to invest in our people capability.  Apprenticeships offer the benefit to earn while you learn, combining real work experience alongside training and study for a particular role.  The programmes ensure that the skills and knowledge that already exist in our company are shared with the next generation.  

Global Talent.

The Global Talent programme was created to promote more cross-cutting global roles within the company, from the early stages of professional development, while endorsing internal rotation within the company in the first years of experience.
