ITP Aero Wins ICA Compliance Award 2025 for Best Training Initiative of the Year

ITP Aero is proud to announce that it has been awarded the ICA Compliance Award 2025 for Best Training Initiative of the Year, recognizing its innovative program “Emotional Empathy at the Service of Business Ethics.”

Presented by the International Compliance Association (ICA), the award celebrates excellence in compliance across 21 categories. The ceremony took place in London, bringing together over 650 compliance professionals from around the world.

ITP Aero’s winning initiative focuses on integrating emotional intelligence into compliance training, offering a disruptive and human-centered approach to ethics in business. The program was developed in collaboration with Asociación Teatro de Conciencia, led by Pax Dettoni, an Ashoka Fellow known for her work in emotional education.
