ITP Aero reinforces its MRO capabilities with over €5 Million investment in its Querétaro (Mexico) test cell

Enhanced test cell with capacity for 225 engine tests per year

ITP Aero has invested more than €5 million to reinforce the capabilities of its Querétaro (Mexico) test bench facilities. The company has implemented its proprietary quality and data acquisition systems at the test bench, ensuring full responsibility for the entire engine testing process. This includes receiving engines, conducting tests, certifying results, and returning the engines to customers.

Under this new agreement, ITP Aero will begin testing CFM56 5A/B & -7B & LEAP 1A/1B engines from BP Aero, its recently acquired MRO company based in Dallas (USA). Once fully operational, the enhanced test bench is expected to carry out 225 engine tests per year.
